Tahsin Investments & Co. (“TIC”) holds all customer data submitted as highly confidential, and purely for the purpose of connecting your live trading account as a Follower of our strategies and trading. Your right to change your password in order to disconnect is not changed.

As a Follower, you agree not to place your own live trades into the live account given at the same time as TIC strategies, as this will affect automatic risk management processes, with resulting losses. TIC takes no responsibility for any losses caused by manual trading whilst an account is connected as a Follower, any such losses are the sole responsibility of the account holder.

TIC works with partners who provide copy trading software to support the concept of following, where trades instigated will be automatically copied to your live trading account. TIC reserves the right to change provider without notifying customers until a new connection has been confirmed. TIC takes no responsibility for errors or omissions or loss of service by any software selected for copy trading.

The below only apply to some live accounts with some brokers when TIC not charging performance fees

Subscriptions

Free trials renew automatically at a regular price. You can unsubscribe at any time. To cancel your Service, you must log in to PayPal and cancel your subscription at least three (3) business days prior to the next renewal day. If you choose to cancel during the trial period, the service will be terminated immediately.

30-day membership is a monthly subscription, billed once per month. The monthly amount is billed immediately after the trial period ends. Each period begins on the same day of the month in which PayPal was initially charged; This is called "Renewal Day". The subscription/service membership will automatically renew on each renewal day of each month, however you can cancel at any time.

Cancelation

Service cancellation must be reported at least three (3) working days before the next renewal day. Log in to your PayPal and cancel any recurring payments to us (unsubscribe).
